1. Final Sale: Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to supporting the Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor, all book sales are final, We hope you understand that once a book is purchased, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Support for SPCA Selangor: A portion of proceeds from every book sold goes directly to SPCA Selangor. By purchasing from us, you are not only enriching your child's life with wonderful stories but also helping animals in need.
3. Quality Assurance: We take great care in selecting and shipping/delivering our books. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
